HOLIDAY BUNDT CAKE

Heat oven to 350 and spray Bundt pan with cooking spray
- Holiday Bundt cake. Here's the recipe CAKE: Butter (softened) 2/3 Cup
- Sugar 1 1/4 Cups
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 3
- Flour 2 1/4 Cups
- Baking Powder 2 tsp
- Shredded Coconut 1 Cup (+ garnish)
- Milk 1/3 Cup + 1Tbsp
- Seedless Raspberry Preserves or Jam, 6 oz. DRIZZLE: Seedless
- Raspberry Preserves or Jam 2 Tbsp
- Powdered Sugar (sifted) 3/4 Cup
- Orange Juice 2TBSP
- Hot Water to proper consistency.

In a greased 3-qt. slow cooker, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder and paprika
- 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 cups chopped romaine
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
- 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 medium sweet red or green pepper, chopped
- 3 hard-cooked large eggs, chopped
- 6 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salad dressing of your choice

- 1 cup sour cream

- 6 bone in chicken thighs or 6 drumsticks (or a combination of the two)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 green bell peppers, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice

- Ingredients:
- No Cook Eastern North Carolina-Style Barbecue Sauce
- In eastern North Carolina, they call their barbecue sauce a “finishing sauce”, as it is served after roasting the meat. Generally served in a squirt bottle on the side. Just make sure to shake it up well before you put it on the meat!
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, we use Paula Deen Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- Directions:
- In a large canning jar with a tight fitting lid add all the ingredients and shake. Place in the refrigerator for two days prior to using. Shaking occasionally. Shake well before using.

- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Minced fresh parsley
