- 1 1 box 1 (3.4-oz) box instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup canola oil

- 1 1 container 1 (16-oz) container white frosting
Baked & Stuffed Acorn Squash

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush 1 Tbsp olive oil on the flesh side of the squash
- 2 acorn squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided

- 1 lb. browned ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
