Pineapple Ham Casserole

Directions Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set pineapple aside
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
APPLE CRISP

Place in baking dish with some small pats of butter fir richness
- Core, peel and slice 5 medium apples. I use Honeycrisp and Granny Smith mixed together. Add 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, zest and juice 1 orange. 1/2 teasp. cinnamon and 1/4 teasp. Nutmeg.

- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken (3-1/2 lb.), cut up

Twice-Baked Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 8 baking potatoes, washed
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 1 cup bacon bits (fry your own!)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar or Jack cheese (or a mix of both), plus more for topping
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
