Upside-Down Chocolate Pecan Pie

Place the butter, honey, and both sugars in a 10" cast-iron skillet set over medium-low heat
- 1-1/4 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/8 cup granulated sugar
- 10 oz pecan halves, toasted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (9") refrigerated pie dough
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted.
Butternut Squash Souffle

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- Souffle:
- 3 cups cooked mashed butternut squash (about 2 pounds whole)*
- 2/3 cup no-calorie granulated sweetener**
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Topping:
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons no-calorie granulated sweetener**
- 3 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1-1/3 cups cake flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup hot coffee
- 1 (26.5-oz) jar Nutella spread
- 2 oz hazelnuts, toasted and chopped

DAVID'S SO GOUDA BURGER

- Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 6 slices applewood-smoked bacon, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp tabasco
- 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, half cut into 4 (1-oz) cubes and half (4 oz) shredded
- 8 battered frozen onion rings
- 4 leaves bib lettuce
- 4 ripe tomato slices
- 4 red onion slices
- 8 pickle slices
- 4 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 4 brioche or potato burger buns
- 4 (4") toothpicks
- 8 stuffed olives, optional
- Chips or salad, for serving

- 2 cups diced peeled potatoes
- 1-3/4 cups sliced carrots
- 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Pastry for two double-crust pies (9 inches)
Sesame Noodles
