- 2/3 cup oats
- 3/4 cup pecans (chopped)

n the bottom of a large sauté pan, over medium heat, add bacon fat and olive oil
- 1 bunch kale, washed, deribbed, and roughly chopped or torn
- 1 small can (7 3/4 oz) chick peas, mostly drained

- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 – 1 1/2 inch squirt anchovy paste
- 2 tblspns olive oil
- 1/2 tblspn bacon fat (optional) or same amount of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot pepper flakes
- Lemon juice
- Water, if needed
