Traditional Southern Deviled Eggs

- 7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Salt and pepper, for taste
- Paprika, for garnishing
- Sweet gherkin pickles sliced, for garnishing
- Pimentos, for garnishing
Citrus Thyme Coolers

Pour over ice in tall glass, garnish with fresh thyme, enjoy in the shade on a hot day
- Mix gently with your choice:
- Use 1/2 orange and 2 slices lemon per serving
- Quarter oranges and cut lemon in eighths
- Squeeze oranges (2 quarters) and lemons (2 wedges) as you put them into a tall glass
- Muddle oranges, lemon wedges, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 ounce orange juice and 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme in a tall glass for several minutes
- 2 ounces sparkling water
- 2 ounces white wine or sparkling wine
- 1.5 ounce tequila, vodka or white rum

BEEF BOURGUIGNON

- Ingredients:

- 2 lbs stew meat (or a 2-lb chuck roast cut into large chunks), patted dry with a paper towel
- 2-1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2–3 Tbsp oil
- 1-1/2 cups large-diced carrot
- 1-1/2 cups large-diced celery
- 2 cups frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained
- 4 cups cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered
- 3 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 (750-ml) bottle red wine, such as cabernet or zinfandel
- 1-1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Mashed potatoes or egg noodles, for serving
STRAWBERRY ICE-CREAM

- 1 1/2 cups plus 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup, heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar

Skinny Green Bean Casserole Serves 10–12
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 lbs frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
- 2 cans (10.5 oz) low-fat, low sodium, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup low-fat milk (1%)
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1/2 cup crushed fried onions
Chick-n-Broccoli Pot Pies

Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 10 biscuits
- 1 can (12 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Jr. Golden Layers® refrigerated biscuits
- 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar or American cheese
- 2/3 cup crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups Green Giant® frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Apple-Topped Ham Steak Recipe

- 3 cups apple juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 can (28 ounces) enchilada sauce, or Quick Homemade Enchilada Sauce (recipe follows)
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
