Pour over ice in tall glass, garnish with fresh thyme, enjoy in the shade on a hot day

  • Mix gently with your choice:
  • Use 1/2 orange and 2 slices lemon per serving
  • Quarter oranges and cut lemon in eighths
  • Squeeze oranges (2 quarters) and lemons (2 wedges) as you put them into a tall glass
  • Muddle oranges, lemon wedges, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 ounce orange juice and 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme in a tall glass for several minutes
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • 2 ounces white wine or sparkling wine
  • 1.5 ounce tequila, vodka or white rum
  • Pour over ice in tall glass, garnish with fresh thyme, enjoy in the shade on a hot day
