Apple-Cranberry Pie

- 1 (2-count) package pre-made, refrigerated pie crusts
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 7 Granny smith apples (about 3 lbs) peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4" thick
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 egg + 1 Tbsp water, for egg wash
- 3 Tbsp Turbinado sugar

1. In a medium bowl add all ingredients and whisk to combine
- MAKES 1 CUP
- 1/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt (light sour cream can also be used)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
