- Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 cups watermelon rind, prepared per below
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 cups Tropical Punch Kool-Aid, prepared per package directions
- 2 2 1/4" fresh ginger slices, 1/4" thick
- 4 4 4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 1 1 tsp allspice berries

- 1 cup butter crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and diced

- For Coating:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
