Passover Flourless Chocolate Cake

Preheat the oven to 375°F
- 1 cup (6 ounces) chopped semisweet chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (1 stick, 4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup (5 1/4 ounces) granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons espresso powder, optional
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 1/2 ounces) unsweetened cocoa powder, Dutch-process preferred
- Glaze
- 1 cup (6 ounces) chopped semisweet chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) heavy cream
- Topping
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted in a 350°F oven till golden brown, about 10 minutes

- 5 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts
Three Bean Pork and Beans

In 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat, sauté onions and peppers
- 4 slices bacon or turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, diced
- 16 oz. can baked beans
- 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 10 ounces frozen lima beans
- 4-5 slices American cheese (or your favorite cheese!)
- Cook lima beans (according to package directions.)
- Fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble
