Ingredients
- 4 lbs short ribs
- 2 t flour
- 1 c red wine
- 2 lbs of carrot, onion and celery chopped
- 8 oz sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 package beef and onion soup mix (2.2oz)
- 1 t each chopped fresh rosemary and thyme

Preparation
Step 1
1) season ribs with salt and pepper. cook 10 minutes in skillet til brown on all sides. transfer to cooker and sprinkle with flour
2) add rest of ingredients and 1/2c water. cover and cook 6-8 hours low
3) remove ribs and veggies from cooker, skim off fat, add ribs and veggies back and serve
