1) preheat oven to 375 2) in mini processor, pulse 2t sugar, 2t flour, oats, cinnamon and salt for 1 second
- 4 t sugar, divided
- 2 t plus 2tsp flour
- 2 t rolled oats
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 2 t cold, unsalted butter cut into small pieces

1) in shallow dish combine 4t evoo, half the lemon juice, zest, garlic and thyme

- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 t fresh thyme
