Creamy chicken fettuccine

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. oil
- 4 oz chicken cutlet
- 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp.flour
- 1/2 C. low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 C. evaporated skim milk
- 2 T. whipped cream cheese
- 3/4 oz grated parmesan
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 1/2 C. cooked fettuccine noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1) in non stick skillet heat oil; add chicken and cook over md. high heat til tender. about 2-3 minutes each side
2) remove from skillet and cut into 1/2" cubes
3) in the same skillet combine mushrooms and garlic and cook over md. high heat, stirring occasionally for 1 minute. sprinkle with flour and stir quickly to combine; continue stirring , add chicken broth and milk. reduce heat to low and let simmer stirring frequently until thickens, about 2-3 minutes. stir in cheeses and pepper; return chicken to skillet and cook stirring frequently until chicken is heated thru, about 2-3 minutes
4) arrange on top of cooked fettuccine
