- 1 15 oz can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- fresh basil, chopped
- freshly grated parmesan for garnish
Bacon, Egg and Cheese Monkey Bread

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan generously with cooking spray; set aside
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits (8 biscuits)

- 1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped cocktail peanuts
Chocloate Pb cheesecake

In mixing bowl add eggs, vanilla, powdered peanut butter, sugar substitute and beat well
- 3 3 3 eggs
- 3 3 3 cups Nonfat Plain Greek yogurt or Nonfat Plain yogurt
- 1 1 box 1 small box instant sugar free/fat free chocolate fudge pudding.
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. Sugar substitute ( I used stevia)
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. Powdered peanut butter
Cherry Clafoutis

Place cherries in a heat-safe, well-greased 6 x 4 metal pan
- 12 ounces frozen pitted cherries, thawed and drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Truvia or splenda (or 1/2 cup sugar)
- ¼ cup flour
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 6 small figs sliced lengthwise
