- 2 small boxes (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 4 cup Milk
- 1 container Chocolate Frosting
Tomato bacon jam

cut bacon into small pieces, and sauté them until crisp
- 2- 2 1/2 lbs of tomatoes
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 2 or 2 small sweet onion (something like vidalia)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lime (or lemon)
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1 1/2 3/4 of sugars (3/4 brown and 3/4 white, raw or honey)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup bourbon (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tspn grated ginger
- 1/2 tspn cumin
- 1 tspn coriander
- 1 tspn salt

- INGREDIENTS
- Cooking spray, for muffin tin
- 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. mini semisweet chocolate chips, melted, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp. Baileys Irish Cream
- 4 oz. cool whip
No-Bake Fruit Tart

1) In a food processor, blitz the cookies until finely ground, about 1 minute
- Filling:
- 12 oz cookies (either Stella D'Oro S cookies or Marguerite cookies)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 16 oz package Mascarpone Cheese at room temperature
- 2 Cups Custard Cream cooled to room temperature

- Custard cream:
- 3 3/4 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Corn Starch
- 10 Egg yolks
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. birthday cake mix
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, store-bought or homemade
- Rainbow sprinkles, for decorating

In a large skillet, heat the EVOO, four turns of the pan, over medium-high
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/2-2 pounds large shrimp-peeled and deveined, tails left on
- 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup vodka or dry vermouth
- 1/3 cup creme fraiche or mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup basil (a small handful), roughly torn
- Crusty bread

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2T. parsley
- fat free sour cream..amount depends on texture you like
