- 2 Rib Celery, chopped
- 1 lb. Crawfish Tails
- Creole Seasonings
- 1 Tblsp of Chopped Green Onion
Crawfish Pie

- 1 lb. Crawfish Tails, peeled
- 1/2 Stick Margarine
- 2 Cups Basic Vegetable Mixture
- Creole Seasoning
- 1 (10-3/4) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 unbaked pie shell and top

Sauté onions in butter until onions are clear
- 2 Boxes of Frozen Spinach - Cooked according to instructions.
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 2 Tblsp of Flour
- 1 Roll of Jalapeño pepper cheese
- 1/2 Can evaporated milk
- dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Crunchy Oriental Salad

Shred the lettuce and cabbage with a knife
- 1/2 Head of Iceberg Lettuce
- 1/2 Head Cabbage
- 2 Cups of Water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 Cup of Green Onion - Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Salad Oil, NOT Olive Oil
- 4 Tblsp of Sugar
- 1 Tsp of Salt
- 1 Tsp of Pepper
- 8 Tblsp of Vinegar, 5 of Balsamic and 3 White Vinegar
- 2 Packets seasoning mix from Ramen Noodles
- 2 Packages of Noodles, Ramen, or Oriental
- 3 Tblsp of Sesame Seeds
- 1-1/2 Silver Almonds
- 3 Tblsp of Sesame Oil
