- 6 slices bacon diced
- 1 medium onion

- 1 L half and half
- 4 - 6 medium potatoes (1/2") cubes

- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 t seasoning salt

Apple and Cinnamon baked French toast

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt
- 220 gspaghetti, uncooked
- 4 slicesbacon, chopped
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp

- 1/2 cupmilk
- 1/4 cupKraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Original Bisquick Baking Mix Copy Cat

- 6 cups all purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoons baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons table salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- Whisk dry ingredients together. Mix well.
- Using an electric mixer, slowly stir in
- canola oil. Mix until all lumps are gone
- and mixture is a uniform texture - about
- 1 minute.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use as an exact substitute for Bisquick
- in recipes. Original Bisquick does not
- contain powdered milk. Neither does this
- copycat recipe.
Kelloggs Corn Flake Crumbs

Casserole topping: combine 1/2 c crumbs with 2 T melted butter
- Fish coating:
- dip fillets in milk or slightly beaten egg, then toss with crumbs mixed with parsley and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 till cooked(10 min). or fry in vegetable oil till done.

- 1 medium ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- SALAD:
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium bell peppers, cut into bite-size strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) package Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (4-ounces)
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips (about 4-ounces)
Best French Toast

Beautiful batter Browns nicely to prevent soggy toast when served or re-heated
- 1 c flour
- 1 t. Sugar
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 2 t. Baking powder
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 2 eggs.
- 12 slices bread.
- Texas or thicker cut French bread works awesome, just needs a bit longer to have sides of bread (crust) fry.
