- 13 Christie Pantry Ginger Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cupbutter, melted
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp.ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Hobo Bread

- 1 &1/2 c boiling water
- 3 c raisins.
- 4 t baking soda
- 4 T butter
- 1 &1/2 c white sugar
- 1 &1/2 c brown sugar

- 2 eggs
- 4 c flour

- 2 tbsp(25 mL) rice vinegar

- 1/2 tsphot pepper flakes
- 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1/4 cup (50 mL) olive oil
- 1 lb (500 g) boneless steak, pork or chicken

- 6 pork loin chops, 1 inch thick (about 2 1/4 lb) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 2 cups tomato pasta sauce 4 cups cooked orzo 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Zucchini Boats

Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 16-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
