Taco filled Pasta Shells

Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 1-1/4 oz. pkgs. taco
- seasoning
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese,
- cubed
- 2 12-oz. pkgs. jumbo pasta
- shells, uncooked
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. taco sauce
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey
- Jack cheese
- 1-1/2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
- Optional: sour cream, chopped
- green onions
Emerils Green Bean Salad

1. Heat grill to medium-low
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 pounds haricots verts or other thin green beans, trimmed
- 2 small red onions, quartered through root end (leaving root end attached)
Gramma Roses Beet Pickles
