For the filling: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened, for buttering the dish

- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

- – 2 Tbsp grainy mustard
- – 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- – 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- – 1⁄4 cup honey
- – 2 Tbsp olive oil + more for sauteing
- – Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
