Comfort Meatballs

These meatballs are full of flavor
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons very finely minced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ketchup
- 5 tablespoons minced onion
- 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Hot sauce, such as Tabasco
Peanut Butter Cookies - 4 Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Note: You can also bake these cookies with an unwrapped Hershey's Kiss pressed into each cookie dough ball or a teaspoon-full of jelly or jam.
- 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
- 3/4 cup sugar (plus extra for dipping if desired)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Fruit Salsa

Dice all fruit VERY VERY tiny
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 green apple (don't peel)
- 1 mango (peeled and cored)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp mint flakes
Homemade Granola

Heat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1/2 cup canola oil or other neutral oil, such as coconut or olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup raisins or other dried, chopped fruit
Fried Ravioli (Giada)

Pour enough olive oil into a large frying pan to reach a depth of 2 inches
- Olive oil, for frying
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 box store-bought cheese ravioli (about 24 ravioli)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 jar store bought marinara sauce, heated, for dipping

- 7 oz frozen acai puree
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

- 2 to 3 cups vegetable oil
