For the blueberry mash: Measure out 1/2 cup of the blueberries and reserve for garnish
- 2 pints blueberries
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- One 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup prepared lemon curd
- Zest of 1 lemon plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 10 to 12 amaretti cookies, crushed
- 2 cups prepared lemon curd
- Lemon zest, for garnish

In a blender or food processor, combine the vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well mixed
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more for seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, stemmed (about 3 cups)
- 1 bunch fresh basil, stemmed (about 3 cups)
- 1 bunch fresh chives, chopped 1 bunch fresh tarragon, stemmed (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- 1 fennel bulb, halved, cored, and thinly sliced
- Edible flowers, for garnish

Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad

1. In a large bowl, mix cheesecake filling, yogurt, pudding and cool whip until creamy
- 1/2 package of Philly cheesecake filling
- 2 small containers of vanilla yogurt
- 1 (8 oz) tub of cool whip, Thawed
- 1 small package cheesecake flavor instant pudding or pie filling mix
- 1/2 bag of miniature marshmallows (optional)
- 1 container of strawberries, sliced
- 4 bananas, sliced

Set a large stock pot over medium heat
- For the soup:
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 4 fresh thyme sprigs
- 3 quarts low-sodium chicken broth, preferably homemade
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Pearl Couscous (RiceSelect brand)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmigiano, for garnish
- For the meatballs:
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (I used ground chicken)
