1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat
- 2 butternut squash, quartered and seeded
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced rosemary salt to taste
- 1 (16 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- cooking spray
- 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Cheddar Broccoli Chicken and Mashed Potatoes

Directions Heat oil in skillet
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets or frozen broccoli flowerets
- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes

- 2 cups (6 oz) uncooked rotini pasta (use brown rice pasta for GF)

- 1 1/2 cups onions, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 28 oz diced tomatoes

- Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 heaping cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup golden raisins (optional; I did not add them)

- 4 ounces cream cheese

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup milk, semisweet, or dark chocolate chips (whatever your preference)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
