Directions Cook shells and spinach according to package directions
- 1 (12 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cups crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
- 1 (15 ounce) container Sargento® Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons grated Sargento® Parmesan Cheese
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce

Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer; beat in eggs, 1 at a time
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (14.75 oz ) cream corn
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup butter or margarine (1/2 c butter, 1/2 c applesauce)
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup molasses
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice

- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1/4 cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs

- 1 tbsp red onion, grated

Brown turkey in a large skillet breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks
- 1.3 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 2 tbsp bell pepper, minced
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 oz can tomato sauce
- 8 large lettuce leaves from Iceberg lettuce
- (optional) 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar - (7 pp)

- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 8 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (I only use a 1/4)
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 tsp salt (I use more.. I like salt :))
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 carrots
- 3 ribs celery
- 3 zucchini
- 4 potatos

Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta

Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound grilled chicken breast strips
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pecan halves (optional)
