Hatch Green chili salsa

Put all ingredients, except salt and lime juice, in a large kettle and bring to a light boil
- 1 ⁄2 lb fresh tomatillo, husked and chopped
- 1 ⁄2 lb serrano chili, seeded and chopped
- 1 lb hatch green chili, roasted, seeded and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 quarts water
- 1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice, fresh squeezed

1. Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor 30 seconds or until thoroughly blended
- 1 (16-oz.) container low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
