- 1 cup chilled heavy whipped cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Cherry Cheesecake Shooters

- 12 graham cracker rectangles
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese

Seafood Potpie

Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat
- 1/4 pound unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion (1 large)
- 1 cup chopped fennel
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups fish stock or clam juice
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound sea scallops, sliced in half horizontally
- 1 tablespoon Pernod
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3/4 pound cooked fresh lobster meat
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas (not "baby" peas)

All-American Macaroni Salad

- Salad:
- 4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, drained, and chilled

Grandma Maronis Meatballs 100 Year Old Recipe

- 1 pound ground chuck
- 4 ounces dried bread crumbs
- 4 large eggs
- 4 ounces whole milk
- 6 ounces grated Romano
- 3 ounces grated Spanish onion
- 2 ounces finely diced fresh garlic
- 2 ounces finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 2 ounces finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Grilled Oysters with Fra Diavolo Sauce

Heat the oil in a medium saute pan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 very ripe large beefsteak tomatoes, halved, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, plus leaves for garnish
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes (or more if you prefer it really spicy)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 20 to 24 medium to large oysters, such as Blue Point or Gulf Coast

- 1 3/4 cups panko breadcrumbs (Japanese)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon crab boil seasoning, such as Old Bay
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, picked clean of cartilage and shells

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken stock or broth
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 heaping cup grated Monterey Jack
- 1 heaping cup grated pepper Jack
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 bread bowls, hollowed out
