In a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound ground meatloaf mix (veal, pork and beef)
- 1 (32-ounce) jar your favorite marinara sauce, divided
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 48 square wonton wrappers
- 3 large egg whites, beaten until foamy
- Grated Parmesan, for serving
Heirloom Nitro Tomato Soup

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 8 cups seeded and diced heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced celery

Spicy Pickled Cucumbers
