Blender Vanilla Cream Pie

Put all ingredients, except milk, into blender for 30 seconds on chop
- 2 Tblsp flour
- 2 Tblsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tblsp softened butter
- 2 c scalding hot milk
Spinach and white beans

defrost spinach in microwave
- 10 10 10 ox box frozen chopped spinach
- 2 2 2 tbls olive oil
- 3 4 3 4 3 - 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 14 14 14 oz cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- ground nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Fiery Zucchini Fries

- 3 medium-sized zucchini (about 1 pound total)
- 1 1/2 cups crushed nacho-flavored chips
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2/3 cup margarine
- 6 squares (6oz) unsweetened chocolate
- 8 eggs
- 4 Tblsp flour
- 6 Tblsp light corn syrup
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups chopped pecans

What To Do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) chilled butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 (4-serving) packages banana or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
