Ingredients

  • 2 Tblsp flour
  • 2 Tblsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tblsp softened butter
  • 2 c scalding hot milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients, except milk, into blender for 30 seconds on chop. After 5 seconds remove cover and gradually add in hot milk. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat about 5 minutes until thickened. Pour into 9" graham cracker crust. Put in refrigerator to cool. Serve cold.

Note: To make this Banana Cream Pie put a layer of bananas over the crust and then pour filling over top of the bananas.
