I got this off of Vegetarian Times and made it with a veggie "meat loaf" and the gravy was EXCELLENT!!!

  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tbsps. butter
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 2 2 tbsps. soy sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 packed fresh parsley (optional)
