Honey Sriracha Vinaigrette

Instructions Add all ingredients together in a magic bullet (what I used) or blender
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1.5 teaspoons sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1.5 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Gruyère and Black Pepper Popovers

1. Preheat the oven to 375˚ and position a rack in the bottom third
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ounces Gruyère cheese, cut into 16 small cubes, plus freshly grated cheese for garnish
Perfect Pie Crust

Directions Dice the butter and return it to the refrigerator while you prepare the flour mixture
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) very cold unsalted butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 2 cups drained canned black beans
- 1 16 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Lemon Chicken Fricassee with Biscuit Topping
