Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad!

How to make it : mix well
- 3 Tomatoes,
- 3 cucumbers,
- 1 onion,
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar,
- 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper,
- 2 table spoons of sugar (TOTALLY YOUR CHOICE),
- 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 cup of water,
- 1/4 cup of olive oil,

- can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) or homemade pumpkin puree

- cup packed brown sugar

- cup corn syrup

- tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

- teaspoon salt
- Sweetened whipped cream or additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions Cube the velveeta, put in slow cooker with 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of taco sauce
- Nacho cheese ingredients-
- 2 pound box original velveeta cheese
- 1 cup mild La Victoria taco sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- milk for thinning
- (OR buy a giant can of Nacho Cheese)
- Other ingredients-
- 2 large bags of tortilla chips
- 2 pounds ground beef, cooked and seasoned
- 1 jar salsa
- 3-4 tomatoes chopped
- 1 jar jalapeno slices
- 2 bunches of green onions, sliced
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2-3 small cans of sliced black olives
- 1-2 cans of black beans drained
- guacamole: 4-5 avocados, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 lime, salt (directions follow)

- Ingredients
- ~ 40 gingersnap cookies
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- Pumpkin Filling:
- 2 cups pureed pure pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt

Pastel Gelatin Salad Recipe

Directions * In a large bowl, combine lemon and lime gelatin with boiling water; stir until dissolved

- 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
- 1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 package (10-1/2 ounces) pastel miniature marshmallows

Fruit and Nut Drop Cookies

Cream shorting or margarine, add brown sugar Add remaining dry ingredients except baking soda
- 1 cup shorting or margarine
- 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 4 small or 3 large eggs slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups chopped dates
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple flavor
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Cool Whip Frosting

Directions: In a mixing bowl add 1 small box of any flavor instant pudding, with 1 cup of milk
- Ingredients:
- 1 small box instant pudding (any flavor)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small tub cool whip
- Frozen fruit (optional)
CRANBERRY ORANGE CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For the Icing:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- zest of one orange – about 1 tablespoon
- juice of an orange
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 – 3 tablespoons water, milk or orange juice
Cookie Dough Dip

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Shaved chocolate, optional for garnish
