Dirt Cake

Take the package of cookies and using a food processor crush the entire package and set aside
- 1- 20oz package oreo cookies
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup of XX sugar
- 3 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 packages of instant vanilla or chocolate puddign
- 1 12 oz. cool whip
Four Cheese Dippin Biscuits

Take one of the biscuits and use the ball of your hand and flatten it out
- Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits ( They are smaller cans that I buy in a four pack)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Romano Cheese (shredded)
- Minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
Earthquake Cake

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray a 9’x13’ pan with cooking spray
- Ingredients:
- 1 box Duncan Hines German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Rum Cake

Preheat over to 325. Grease and flour 1 10 inch tube pan or bunt pan
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (opional)
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup dark
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (3.5 oz) pk instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/4 cup dark rum
Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

Pre-heat the oven to 375°
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 2 oz mini turkey pepperoni, (about 1/2 cup)
- 4 oz low-fat sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Beef Burgundy Recipe

- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound whole fresh mushrooms, halved
- 4 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 cup Burgundy wine or beef broth
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
