Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream Bars for Yummy Snacks

- 1 16 ounce package peanut butter sandwich cookies, divided
- 4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, divided
- 1 3.9 ounce package instant chocolate Jello-O Pudding Mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate & peanut butter chips
Apple and Cream Cheese Bundt Cake with Caramel Pecan Frosting

1. Prepare Filling: Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended and smooth

- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extrac

- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Soft Sugar Cookies

Cream butter, add sugar gradually, continue until creamy
- 1/2 cup of butter or margarine (may use Crisco)
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- cinnamon and sugar or colored sugar
Seven Layer Casserole with Ground Beef

Place ingredients in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole in order given
- # 1 cup uncooked rice, washed and drained
- # 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
- # dash salt and pepper
- # 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- # 1/2 cup chopped onion
- # 3/4 to 1 pound extra lean ground beef, uncooked and broken up
- # dash salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 strips of bacon,, cut in half.

- Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1.25 oz packet McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrianed
- 1 can kidney beans, undrained ( 15 to 16 oz, light or dark)
- 16 oz can refrigerator biscuits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (cheese is added after baking for 25 minutes)
