Apricot oat slice | The Heart Foundation

- Canola oil spray
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup diced dried apricots, paw paw or pineapple
- 1/2 cup (125g) Meadow Lea Salt Reduced Spread, melted
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
Lemon Cheesecake Mousse

There is no better spring dessert than this delicious combination of cheesecake, lemon, and mousse
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (6 full sheets)
- 2 Tbsp (26g) granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp (42g) salted butter, melted
- 2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 1/2 cups (355ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (110g) powdered sugar, divided
- Yellow food coloring (optional)
- Sweetened whipped cream, lemon wedges, blueberries and mint for garnish (optional)
Little orange soufflés

- 8 medium oranges
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 150 g caster sugar
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- A little icing sugar and/or cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)
Japanese Hamburger

Put Panko in a large bowl, add milk and stir
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumb
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp worcester sauce
- 1-2 tsp oil
- 1-2 Tbsp sake (or wine)
- Sauce---
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup worcester sauce
Chicken garlic and herb broth

- 6 single clove garlic
- 1 litre (4 cups) Campbell's Real Stock Chicken
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 bunch fresh continental parsley
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 roast chicken
- Grated parmesan, to serve
Cream Cheese Lattice Slice

STEP 1 Dissolve gelatine in hot water and cool
- 2 x 200 g Lattice biscuits
- 125 g cream cheese
- 125 g butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp gelatine powder
- 1/4 cup hot water cooled
Turmeric Almond Dressing

Combine all ingredients with 3 Tbsp
- 3 (2-inch) pieces fresh turmeric, peeled and roughly chopped, or 2 teaspoons ground dried turmeric
- 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons natural almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

- 500 g chicken mince
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet chicken soup mix
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 onion large finely chopped
- 3 celery sticks grated
- 500 g cheese grated
- 2 tbs mixed herbs
- 1 packet Pampas puff pastry

- 2 tblsp tomatoe paste
