Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 Lemon
- 2 sprigs of rosemary chopped
- 2 sprigs of thyme chopped
- 6-8 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 whole chicken
- 300 g new potatoes
- 1/2 butternut squash
- 2 red onions chopped
- 250 ml white wine
Meatloaf

Heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients and form into loaf pan
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder/1 clove chopped
- 1 egg
- 24 crackers
- 1/4 cup onion
- 3 cheese slices, cut in triangles
Homemade Pancake Mix

Dry Pancake Mix Combine all ingredients
- Dry pancake mix ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- To Make Pancakes
- 1 cup pancake mix above
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
Bisquick Sausage and Egg Breakfast Balls

- 1 pound mild sausage, loose, not linked
- 1 egg, beaten

Vegetable Chow Mein

- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 4 cups Nappa Cabbage (shredded, more to taste)
- 1 cup Carrots (shredded)
- 1/2 bunch Green Onions (sliced in long thin strips)
- 1 lb Fresh Steamed Thin Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (Light)
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup Pure Sesame Oil (To taste)
- 1/4 cup Panda Brand Lo Mein Sauce
- 2 cups Bean Sprouts (cleaned and trimmed)
- 2 cups Baby Bok Choy (sliced thin)
Beef Goulash

In large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, spoon off any extra grease
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Paula Deen’s House Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
Bruschetta

- 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 leaves basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar

30 Minute Dinner Rolls

- 1 cup plus 2 TBLS warm water (110-120)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 egg

Cajun Spice Blend for Canned Tomatoes

- For each 500 ml jar use 2 tsp (10 ml).
- 2 jars 6 jars Dried herbs & spices
- 1 tsp 3 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp Onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp Thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp 1 tsp Cayenne powder
Lemon Asparagus Pasta with Grilled Chicken

Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and cut into strips
- 1 pound of asparagus, ends removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 10 ounces of linguine pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine will also work)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
- Optional garnishes: Lemon slices and 1/4 cup chopped parsley
