Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 4 cups fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vanilla ice cream, to serve

Crack the eggs in a bowl and mix with a teaspoon of water
- 1 1/2 cup Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Turkey Bacon slices (chopped)
- 1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 2 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 cup Carrot (shredded)
- 1 Red Sweet Chili Pepper (chopped)
- 1 Yellow Sweet Chili Pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup Frozen Peas (thawed)
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
Sage Apple Pork Burgers with Caramelized Onions

In bowl, beat egg with apple juice
- 1 eggs
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh sage, (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL dried)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 4 onion or hamburger buns
- 4 leaves leaf lettuce
- 1 red-skinned apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Roasted Peppers

Roast peppers on baking sheet in oven at 350° for approximately 25 minutes
- 3 peppers, 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp salt
- olive oil
Garden Salad with Lemon & Oil Dressing

Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine
- Salad
- 1 cup baby spinach or large spinach leaves torn into bite size pieces
- 1/2 avocado, chopped (refrigerate the other half for another salad) (optional)
- 1/3 red onion thinly sliced (refrigerate the remaining 2/3 for another salad)
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 8 almonds, sliced
- 1 cup beans sprouts
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup (chopped) roasted chicken breast, optional (do not add if you are making this salad as part of our 3- Day Detox and Cleanse, chicken breast
- Dressing
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste

- 4 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 7-up
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Dirty Shrimp & Beer

Saute garlic and herbs in coconut oil until garlic is slightly browned
- 2 lbs shelled & deveined shrimp
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup beer
Chicken Cacciatorie

- 4 chicken breast (bone in and cut in half)
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- fresh basil(3 leaves)

- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
