- 2 cups cauliflower, cut in bite size pieces
- 2 cups broccoli, cut in bite size
- 1/2 cups celery

- Dressing
- 2 cups mayonaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons salt

Crispy Cheddar Chicken

1. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks
- Chicken:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/2 C milk
- 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 t dried parsley
- Sauce:
- 1 14 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 T butter

Brown sausage in large soup pot
- 1 lb ground sausage (regular or spicy)
- 3 large red potatoes, sliced in half and then sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
