  • 1/2 small white onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 5 oz. cream cheese, softened & broken into cubes
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
