Directions In a small bowl, combine salmon, scallions, and celery; toss gently

- 1 croissant, halved lengthwise
- 3 to 4 thin slices cucumber, optional
- 2 to 3 thin slices avocado, optional

Heat the cream in a medium saucepot over low heat
- 2 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- One 10-ounce bag bittersweet chocolate chips
- One 10-ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips

- 1 cup crushed chocolate or mint-chocolate cookies
- 1 cup chopped pecans
