Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding with Rum Butter Sauce

Cube donuts into a large bowl
- 2 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 2 (4.5-ounce) cans fruit cocktail (undrained)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (9-ounce) box raisins
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Butter Rum Sauce, recipe follows
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Breakfast Burrito (Mad Hungry)

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 small smoked chorizo sausages (or linguica or other cured pork sausages), chopped
- 10 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup prepared salsa (such as Muir Glen black bean and corn salsa)

Pizza, Breakfast

Place a large, nonstick, oven-safe skillet over medium heat with 2 turns of the pan EVOO, about 2 tablespoons
- • 3 tablespoons EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- • 1 pound Italian sausage, chopped into chunks
- • 1 cup pepperoni, chopped into chunks
- • 2 bell peppers – choose your favorite colors
- • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, grated
- • 1 small onion, chopped
- • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
- • 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn and divided
- • A dozen eggs
- • Salt
- • A splash of milk or half-and-half (whatever you put in coffee)
- • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (whatever kind you like)
- • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Hearty Tuna Casserole

Drain and flake the tuna. Set aside
- 2 cans (6-1/2 oz each) chunk-style tuna
- 6 oz (3 cups) uncooked egg nooodles
- 1/2 cup Chopped celery
- 1/3 cup Sliced green onions
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup Dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Small zucchini, scrubbed, sliced
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Medium tomato, chopped

White Bean Chili

- 1 pound dried navy beans
- 5 cups chicken stock
