Like an Italian egg drop soup
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups baby spinach

Peanut Butter and Jelly No Bake Thumbprint Cookies

Measure 2 quarts popped corn into a large bowl; set aside
- 2 qt. popped popcorn
- 1 C. light corn syrup
- 1 C. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbs. favorite fruit jam or jelly
Asian Noodle Bowl

For Asian Sauce: Place all ingredients in Epicure’s Cruet and shake vigorously to mix
- For Ultimate Asian Sauce:
- 1 — 6 oz (170 g) package udon noodles, or whole-wheat spaghetti
- 1/2 ½ cup (125 ml) Epicure's Ultimate Asian Sauce, (recipe follows)
- 8 cups (2 L) Epicure’s Chicken Bouillon, prepared
- 2 carrots, cut into coins
- 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups (500 ml) sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups (500 ml) shredded cooked chicken, pork or beef
- 2 - 3 green onions, sliced — optional
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Epicure’s Red Pepper Jelly
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Asian Stir-fry Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sugar
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Epicure’s Crushed Chilies — optional
Classic Panzanella

For this recipe you can soak the onions in cold water to lessen their bite
- 1 medium red onion (about 6 ounces), peeled and thinly sliced
- 5 one-inch-thick slices 1-to 4-day-old stale Tuscan-style bread
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 pounds ripe beefsteak tomatoes, cored and cut into large chunks
- 4 Kirby cucumbers (about 12 ounces), peeled and sliced
- 5 tablespoons extra-Virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves

- 2 cups butter
- 24 ounces chocolate chips
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-8 oz Hershey Bar, grated
- 5 cups blended oatmeal
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups chopped nuts
Lemon Dip for Strawberries

Wash berries and pat dry. Combine condensed milk with lemon juice and remaining ingredients
- 1 pt. ripe fresh strawberries
- 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 C. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla

- Filling:
- 18 - 24 won ton wrappers
- 1/2 pound boneless lean pork, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- a few drops sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 dashes of white pepper
- Other:
- Water for boiling won tons
- 4 1/2 - 5 cups chicken stock
- green onion, thinly sliced, as desired
- a few drops sesame oil (optional)
Pork au Poivre

- 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, coarsely ground or crushed

- 1/2 cup dry red wine
