- Reheat Pizza :
- to up leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to med-low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.
- Easy Deviled Eggs
- Expanding Frosting
- to you buy a container of cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double it in size. You get to frost more cake/cupcakes with the same amount. You also eat less sugar/calories per serving.
- Reheating refrigerated bread
- To warm biscuits, pancakes, or muffins that were refrigerated, place them in a microwave with a cup of water. The increased moisture will keep the food moist and help it reheat faster.
- Broken Glass
- to a dry cotton ball to pick up little broken glass pieces of glass- the fibers catch ones you can't see!
- No More Mosquitoes
- Place a dryer sheet in your pocket. It will keep the mosquitoes away.
- Flexible vacuum
- To to to out of a heat register or under the fridge add an empty paper towel roll or empty gif wrap roll to your vacuum hose. It can be bent or flattened to get in narrow openings.
- Reducing Static Cling
- to a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and - voila - static is gone.
- Measuring Cups
- Before you pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill it with hot water. Dump out the hot water, but don't dry the cup. Next, add your ingredient, such as peanut butter, and watch how easily it comes right out .
- Foggy Windshield?
- Hate foggy windshields? Buy a chalkboard eraser and keep it in the glove box of your car. When the windows fog, rub with the eraser! Works better than a cloth!
- Reopening envelope
- to you seal an envelope and then realize you forgot to include something inside, just place your sealed envelope in the freezer for an hour or two. Voila! It unseals easily.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fry sausage, add onions and brown
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into small pieces
- 3 med. onions, chopped
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 3 C. canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 4 ripe olives, pitted and chopped
Mini Meatballs

- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 2 cups Italian flavored breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 loaf French or Italian bread
- Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 10 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 6 ounces corned beef, such as Carl Buddig, finely chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Large corn chips, for serving
Impossible Green Bean Pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches
- 8 oz Green Beans; French cut preferred (ones cut lengthwise into strips)
- 1-4 oz Mushroom: Stems and Pieces
- 1/2 c Onion; Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves; Crushed
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese; Shredded
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 3/4 c Bisquick Baking Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Tarragon Marinated Mushrooms

- 12 ounces small white button mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, (1 large lemon)
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
