Brown ground beef in olive on
- 4 T. Olive oil
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1-lb. Ground beef
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 cans #303 tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 bay leaves.
- 2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 package lasagna noodles (equaling about 8 oz cooked)
Fiesta

Cook beef and onions until meat is brown
- 4 # ground beef
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 large cans tomatoes with juice
- 1 large can tomato puree
- 4 Tbsp chili powder
- 3 tsps garlic
- Salt
- 1 large can Ranch Style beans
- 1 large box Minute Rice
- 2 bags crushed Fritos
- 1 # longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 1/3 heads lettuce, chopped
- 7 medium onions, chopped
- 1 large bottle salad style olives, chopped
- 12 ounces pecans, chopped
- 6-7 tomatoes, chopped
- 7 oz coconut
- 1 large container Picante Sauce or Salsa
- Optional: Sliced avocados
- Sliced red and/or green Bell peppers

- Meatballs:
- 1 Tbsp Rice
- 6 oz. Pork Ground
- 6 oz. Beef Ground
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 tsp Cumin Crushed
- 1/2 oz. Peppermint Scbnappes
- 1/8 tsp Mexican Oregano
- 1/3 cup Diced White Onion
- Pinch Black Pepper
- Pinch Sea Salt
- The Broth:
- 2 small Bunches Cilantro Leaves Chopped
- 1/2 lb. Very Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Chopped White Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves Peeled and Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Safflower Oil
- 6 oz. Diced Carrots
- 6 oz. Zucchini
- 2 ols Chicken Stock
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 1 cup Water
- 3 Anaheim Chilis
- 2 Jalapenos
- 2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp. Cumin

- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 (4 ounce) jars carrot baby food
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 cup liquid glucose*
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Glucose is widely used in Europe. If cannot find in the U.S., use light corn syrup.
