- 2 cups cooked grits
- 4 eggs
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- little sugar
- blob of butter
Broccoli Salad

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl
- 4 cups small broccoli florets about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup salted sunflower seed kernels
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
Pork chops in a skillet

Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and season on both sides with salt and pepper
- 4 pork chops about 1 inch thick and 6-7 oz each
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp all purp flour
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup low sodium chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsps honey or brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over med heat
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 cups almonds, blacked and slivered
- 1 lb spinach, rinsed and torn into bits sized pieces
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Grilled Garlic Artichokes

- 4 large Spanish onions
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups fresh chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- 1 cup heavy cream
- Chopped fresh chives
Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

1.Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 4 large unpeeled russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 Recipesteaspoon seasoned salt (optional)
Warm Duck Salad

- 2 boneless duck breasts, skin on,
- kosher salt
- 1 Tablesppon minced shallots
- 21/2 Tablespoon good sherry vinegr
- 1 teaspoon grated orang zest
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 2 heads Belgian endive
- 3 ounces mache or other delicate baby lettuces
- 3 navel oranges,peeled,cut n half, andsliced
- 1/2 pint raspberries
- 1 cup toasted whole pecan halves
