Gay's Wild Rice

Cook rices separately until done
- 2 cups wild rice
- 1 Tablespoon
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces market bacon cut across bacon into 1/4 inch pcs.
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 2/3 cup onion chopped
- 2/3 cup musnrooms chopped
- 1 Teaspoon freahly ground pepper
Joe's Mustard Sauce

Place mustard and mayo in bowl, beat 1 min, add worcestshire and A1 Beat and add whipping cream
- Beat together:
- 3 1/2 tsps Coleman's dry mustard
- 1 cup mayonanaise
- 2 tsps worcestshire sauce
- 1 tsp A-1 Sauce
- 18 cup whipping cream
- dash salt
Dry Rubbed Flank Steak with Grilled Corn Salsa

- Dry Rub
- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp ancho chile powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander

- 8 oz sugar
- 5 whole eggs

- For the glaze:
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

- For the topping:
- 2 cups heavy cream

In a large bowl, whisk together the wine, 2 Tbsp of the soy sauce and the cornstarch
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Shoaling rice wine, dry sherry or sake
- 3 3 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1 1 pound beef chuck or rib steak, sliced thin against the grain
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 1/2 to Tbsp chile-garlic sauce, or to taste
- 1/2 1/2 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp neutral oil, like canola, grapeseed or peanut
- 1 1 1 pound broccoli, the head cut into florets and the stems peeled and cut into planks
- 2 2 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Easy Sole Meuniere

Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- 1/2 cup all purpose flou
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 fresh sole fillets, 3-4 oz each
- 6 TBSP unslated butter
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 6 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)
- 1 TBSP minced fresh parsely
