- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes - optional

- 1/4 cup low fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Pasta with Vegetable Bolognese

Soak mushrooms in 1 cup hot water, 5 minutes
- 3/4 cup porchini muchrooms
- Kosher salt
- 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini
- 3 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 stalks celery, roughly chopped

- 6 tbls unsalted butter

Flank Steak with Triple Grilled Onions

- 3 tbps brown sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 medium yellow onions cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 1 large vadallia onion cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 2 medium red onions cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 1 tsp table salt - divided
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 lbs raw lean flank steak

- 3 oz reduced fat cinnamon graham crackers (about 6 sheets)
- 1 tbsp packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp regular butter, melted
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. table salt
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or to taste
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (solid)
- 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup lite whipped topping
