Cranberry Scones

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Coat a baking sheet with non-fat cooking spray
- - 2 cup all-purpose flour
- - 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- - 1 tbsp baking powder
- - 1/4 tsp baking soda
- - 1/4 tsp table salt
- - 1/4 cup sugar
- - 1/4 cup egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
- - 1 cup fat free buttermilk
- - 1/4 cup Brummel & Brown
- TO MAKE FAT FREE BUTTERMILK: Mix 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice + fat-free milk to make 1 cup & let stand for 10 minutes = 1 cup fat-free buttermilk
Fudge Pie

Melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat in a saucepan
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 3 T light corn syrup
- 9 inch pie shell
Rum Cake

For Cake Grease a Bundt pan and spread pecans on the bottom of the pan
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces, reserve 1/4 cup
- 4 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup gold rum, Bacardi
- 1 (18.25-ounce) box classic yellow cake mix (recommended: Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe)
- 1 (1-ounce) small box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (recommended: Jell-O)
- Glaze:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup gold rum (recommended: Bacardi)
Horseradish Coleslaw Dressing

An awesome Horseradish Coleslaw Dressing recipe that is easily adjusted to your specific taste!
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or tot taste
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white horseradish, grated or pureed
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Cranberry Chicken

HEAT oven to 350°F. PLACE chicken in 2 (13×9-inch) baking dishes
- 4 lb. bone-in chicken pieces (breast halves and/or thighs)
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce 1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- 1 env. onion soup mix
Eggnog - Good Eats

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 pint whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 ounces bourbon
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 egg whites
Iced Mocha

Combine all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender and process until frothy
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 tablespoon prepared chocolate sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate milk
- Ice cubes
Dry Rub - Spare Rib Rub

This is a sweet and savory rub works well on pork ribs
- •1 cup brown sugar, dark
- •1/2 cup paprika
- •2 tablespoon salt
- •1 tablespoon black pepper
- •1 tablespoon white pepper
- •1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- •1 tablespoon garlic powder
- •1 tablespoon onion powder
Meat Loaf - Good Eats

Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- For the glaze:
- 6 ounces garlic-flavored croutons
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and broken
- 3 whole cloves garlic
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 18 ounces ground chuck
- 18 ounces ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Pizza Dough - Joy of Cooking

Combine the yeast and the warm water in a large bowl
- 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour* (unbleached bread flour worked well for this recipe)
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs salt (Optional. I add a pinch of sea salt.)
- 1 tbs sugar (Optional. I usually make it without. Use sugar if you like a puffier crust.)
