- 23 ounces of ricotta cheese.

Dulce De Leche Buttercream

Cream together softened butter and powdered sugar on low using an electric mixer
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons prepared dulce de leche

- Dough:
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 to 115 degrees F)
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dry nonfat milk powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons fine sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pans, plus 1/4 cup, melted
- 1 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
German Chocolate Cake & Frosting

Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool

- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Seven Minute Frosting

1) Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained,
- coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 8 - 10 Old El Paso pickled jalapeño slices

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Progresso panko crispy bread crumbs
