- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup artichokes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 2 c. grated cheddar
- 6 c. cooked spaghetti
- 4 c. diced, cooked turkey

- Dash of paprika
EGG SPINACH CASSEROLE

- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 4 1/2 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

- 1/2 c. ground pecans
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar

- 3/4 c. sugar

- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground mace
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 egg

- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
