- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 cup scallions—white part only
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. scallion greens
CRANBERRY-ORANGE SNACK MIX

- 2 c. oatmeal cereal squares
- 2 c. corn cereal squares
- 2 c. mini pretzels
- 1 c. whole almonds
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 Tbs. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2/3 c. dried cranberries
CHICKEN MARSALA

In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper and oregano
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour for coating
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded 1/4 inch thick
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry

HOT ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP

- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 (10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
BUTTER CAKE BARS

Mix together cake mix, 2 eggs, and melted butter
- 1 package white cake mix
- 4 eggs, divided
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1-one pound pkg. powdered sugar
BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE

- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
